Our Town is Changing, and we need your help.
IT STARTED WITH A BIT OF FUNDING....
We’ve scored funding to design a Masterplan that will shape the future of Kununurra’s town centre — and we want it to feel like Kununurra, not just look shiny and new.
This Masterplan isn’t just a fancy word. It’s the blueprint that helps us get more funding down the track to actually build stuff. We've brought in expert consultants to help – but they don’t know this town like you do.

We’re not experts in designing big town plans — but thanks to the funding we received, we’ve been able to bring in people who are!
Meet the team from Hassell. They’re experienced designers who know how to create amazing public spaces. You might have seen their work at the Optus Stadium Foreshore in Perth — that was them!
They’re really good at what they do, and we’re lucky to have them working on the future of our Town Centre.
